Translator’s undertakings

Specialized translation delivered on time

We accept only the work we are capable of doing well in terms of quality and deadlines. We do the work ourselves, and if we need to sub-contract to other professional translators for reasons of deadlines or specialized skills, you are informed at the time of the quote.

Satisfaction or revision

We systematically re-read every translation and use professional spell-check software.
We apply the professional general Terms and Conditions (Read the GTS). We can also propose a second re-reading by another professional translator, if your requirements and budget dictate such measures.

Confidentiality

Unless otherwise stipulated by your services, we save your documents in a place of safety in order to follow through on your ongoing projects (terminology consistency, cohesion between different documents). We prepare a mutually-agreed upon confidentiality contract.
